Enterprise resource planning systems: problems, tendencies and perspectives for development

The paper describes definition and types of the corporate information systems, problems and examples of using systems. The research aim at the way how corporate information systems are working, describes tendencies and ways of the future development. Relevance of choosing this topic for the research is related with modern economic situation, taking into account todays tendencies of growing level of now information in the World and levels of the automatization and usage of the computers in companies. In this paper authors highlighted reasons of using and developing CIS in companies and in the Internet and different problems connected with this processes.
