Abstract
This article considers the economic effect methodology in PJSC «Irkutskenergo» and project management of new methodology. Author highlighted the process of the creation project, instruments of the project management and describe current project. Author also has offered some advices for the introduction of the new economic effect methodology in PJSC «Irkutskenergo».
