Abstract
In this article I analyze the historical dynamics of business ethics in Russia and revealed its importance for improving the activity of modern companies. Also I disclosed efinitions of «ethics» and «business ethics», identify the historical stages of development of business ethics in Russia, analyze the specifics of the development of business ethics at every stage and describe the specifics of its development in modern Russia compared to the previous historical stages.
