Analysis of management models: changing values from personal to corporate ones

Abstract
Nowadays the choice of the management model — Japanese, American or European — promotes company with successful management and allows achieving various goals. Most of the Russian companies adheres to the European model of management, while it is considered that the most productive one is the Japanese model, because of long-term planning, collectivism and orientation of employees to the corporate values. The author highlights the key factors of changing values of the company, so that they could be on the same level with personal ones, which, respectively, will allow a company to adapt itself to a change of management mode in the future.
