In this article, based on the PDCA cycle (the Deming cycle) described business process «Special rules to minimize the time spent by tourists on the way to the Olkhon Island.» A description of this process involves not only an analysis of the current situation, but also to propose measures to address the identified problems and further control over the implementation of the planned measures, which will help reduce the time spent waiting for the ferry.
