Abstract
The article analyzes the role of gamification in the field of personnel management. It shows that gamification is a way in which it is being implemented in the labor process, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of its implementation. Some examples of companies that have successfully used gamification in practice. The article also discussed a few tips on the most effective implementation of gamification.
