Abstract
In recent years business processes occurring on the Internet have undergone significant changes, the traditional approach is replaced by a qualitatively new tactic of interaction with consumers. Features of the perception of information by Internet users cause low effectiveness of banner advertising, leading positions among the tools for attracting customers are high-quality content. In this article the author considers modern technologies for working with potential consumers on the Internet, describes the specifics of the use of such methods as inbound marketing, native advertising, lead generation.
