Quantitative easing as an instument of the central bank`s impact on national economy

Activity of the Central Bank influences on national economy. Central Bank`s activity includes realization of the monetary policy which has traditional methods and tools. In many cases these methods and tools doesn`t bring the expected effect in at certain stages of economic fluctuations. Therefore, central bank can use such method as quantitative easing which stimulates economy to develop andto function in a normal rhythm.
