Abstract
The article examines the realization of communication flows in the company «Irkutsk Oblast Road Service», JSC. Problems of the organization of communications that appear when a contract is made are presented in the paper. Recommendations for improvement of internal communications on the basis of the introduction of business process regulations are offered.
