Abstract
This article formed the concept of the administrative and legal regulation of circulation of weapons in Ukraine and revealed its main aspects. It is a set of prescribed special rules and clear measures targeted state-powerful influence of administrative law, carried out and secured (guaranteed) by the state in order to regulate social relations arising, change or terminate in the sphere of circulation of weapons.
