Abstract

The essence and content of responsibility for violation of the legislation in the field of veterinary medicine were defined. There were analyzed the main types of responsibility for violating the legislation in the field of veterinary medicine. The structure of the crime of the foreseen article 251 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine was analyzed. It were disclosed the ways of raising the effectiveness of responsibility for violations of the legislation in the field of veterinary medicine.
