In our country, the issue of alcoholization of the population and related negative social phenomen has been acute for many years. This applies to the aggressive actions of patients, which, in the opinion of many authors, is an integral part of the «image» of an alcoholic sufferer. Indeed, in everyday life one can often observe how quiet, affable, law-abiding people after alcohol in take are transformed into aggressive and violent subjects. Thus, the authors of the study analyzed the impact of patients with pronounced geteroagressive alcohol dependence in their autoaggressive profile. Revealed the most significant differences in the profile of a suicide among a group of men suffering from alcohol dependence and having geterogeneous agressive patterns in history (study group), and a group of men suffering from alcohol dependence, and do not have a history of geterogeneous agressive patterns (control group). It was found that in the study group of the respondents there is a significantly higher autoagressive potential. It noted such significantly high rates, such as: suicidal thoughts (45,01% to 15,69% in the control group), suicide attempts (45,01% to 11,76% in the control group). Geteroagressive men suffering from alcoholism, significantly more likely to experience moments of despair (54,9% vs. 29,41%). Accessing mental health professionals prevailed in the study group of men (25,50% to 5,88% in the control group). In addition, the profile features parental messages of the respondents from the study group harmoniously complement the results obtained. Findings suggest that the presence of the patient geteroagressive is very disturbing moment for a possible self-destructive behavior, implementation anti-vital trends. Research and identification of «propensity» to geterogeneous agressive patterns of behavior should be used in patient's skrining studies in alcohol dependence and drug practice a suicide
