Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this study is to understand the consumer attitude towards purchase of real estate. Data was collected from 150 respondents from Mysuru. The variables chosen for this study are performance, reference group, service, ability and agents. Both the genders were considered, which included different age group, religion, income level. The study targets new emerging segment called young professionals in relations to real estate market and understanding their buying behavior. Questionnaire method was used to conduct the study and analysis was done using SPSS. Keywords: Attitude, Real estate, reference group, service, performance agents
