THE OVERVIEW OF THE MIXED FEED INDUSTRY MARKET IN UKRAINE

The article reflects the state of the animal feed industry the characteristics of the dynamics of pro- duction and consumption of animal feed has been given. Also the prospects of development of the industry have been described. It is noted that the production of animal feed is the main link of the direct connection between lives- tock and crop production, and ensures the development of animal husbandry. Since acquiring independence, the export-import relations between Ukraine and the former Soviet republics have been destroyed, but nevertheless, since 2000 there is gradual increase in the production of animal feed, which reached its peak in 2014. Due to the decrease in acreage in 2015, a decrease in the production of animal feed has been observed. Despite this, the feed mill industry is quite profitable, although it requires some views on the revised list of customers and product sales tactics. On the scale of the industry of Ukraine support from the government isn't enough sufficient. Reduc- ing tax rates for farmers and cattle-breeding complexes have stimulated the development of demand for the products of feed production and the establishment of grants or low lending rates contributed to the emer- gence of new players in the market and, consequently, an increase in production volume.
