Abstract
The article considers the views of the authors with the aim of expanding the concept of the cost of labor. The author analyzes the characteristics of the terms "costs" and "expenses", their similarity and differences. Identify specific features of recognition of expenses for payment of labor in accordance with the legislation and from an economic point of view.
