Abstract

A hygienic assessment of the actual nutrition and the nutritive status of teenagers taking into account regional features is given. Deviations in structure of food rations, consumption of proteins, carbohydrates, fats, energy value are noted. It is established that food rations of schoolchildren aren't balanced on the ratio of the main nutrients that adversely was reflected on indicators of physical development and health of pupils.
