This article discusses the problem of destination and the production of forensic psychiatric examination in special proceedings relating to the imposition of coercive measures of a medical nature. Particular emphasis is placed on the grounds the appointment of forensic psychiatric assessment, differentiation using various types of forensic psychiatric examinations in the proceedings relating to the imposition of coercive measures of a medical nature, types of forensic psychiatric examinations.
