COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE BUDGET FOR CITIZENS OF DIFFERENT SUBJECTS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The article discusses the presentation and promotion of the citizens budget on the LSG level, the main of them are presented such as narrow understanding of the resource - only as information, which leads to low activity of citizens in public participation, as well as problems of efficiency of promotion of the citizens budget. The analysis of domestic and foreign experience helped to suggest the use of technology in municipal marketing to build and promote a citizens budget, with the aim of increasing the activity of citizens in the budget process.
