Abstract
A male patient aged 58 years was admitted with complaints of nasal obstruction ,bleeding from nose. Examination revealed mass in right nasal cavity that bleeds on probing. Excision of mass under local anaesthesia was done and mass subjected to histopathological examination. Grossly the mass was grayish brown with focal brownish-black areas . Microscopic examination revealed sinonasal malignant melanoma.
