Method of Accuracy Shot on Goal in Young Football Players Training Groups

Abstract
Modern football is focused on high accuracy of shots and makes high demands on their implementation. This requires the improvement of training process of football players, which is aimed at improving the accuracy and power of shots on goal that has now become of particular relevance. This is typical for highly skilled players and their nearest reserve. The special literature analysis and summarizing of practical experience have shown that the soccer coaches have a poor command of scientifically based methods to increase accuracy by improving the technical and physical preparedness of the players. It is absolutely a small number of studies dealing with improving the accuracy of the players of varying skills. In addition, the lack of clear and practical recommendations to improve the effectiveness of strikes at the nearest reserve of the command of masters has led to the need for this study. This article reviews the problems of increasing the accuracy of shots on goal the young players training group. To produce this result were applied to a set of special exercises to improve the accuracy of shots in different game situations. The experiment consisted of a parallel study, which in the training process of the experimental group incorporated the methodology of improving the accuracy of shots on goal, and the lessons with a control group was held by the standard technique. Digital data material obtained in the process of pedagogical experiment were subjected to statistical analysis. The results showed that the young players had been little change in the accuracy of shots on goal by a stationary and rolling ball. To improve the accuracy of the shots involved the players with the role of "defender", "striker". The goalkeepers during training precision strikes in both the control and the experimental group worked on a separate program. The results of the pedagogical experiment showed that the players of the experimental group significantly improved accuracy and distance (P<0.05). The players of the control group such changes after the study is not revealed. The accuracy of strikes on goal from 11 meters to a target size of 1 m2 of a lead foot accounted for 80 %, while the non-leading leg 35%. The accuracy of strikes's leading leg statistically significantly higher compared to non-leading leg (p<0.01). Revealed that the greatest difficulties arise when struck in the upper corners of the gate. In this case, the accuracy decreases by 3-4 times. Obviously, the control accuracy of strikes on the vertical axis is a significant problem for the players. With the development of precision strikes on goal the players must perform training blows from different starting positions of players who meet in the gaming activities of the players (genuine-rolling equipment to the ball after dribbling the ball and dribbling). The strokes must be performed from different initial points relative to the gate that reflects the variability of situations encountered in real competitive activity of young football players. The results obtained suggest that the developed experimental methodology to improve accuracy of shots on goal is more effective than the conventional one, and it can be used in the training process to improve its effectiveness.
