Autoimmune diseases are a heterogeneous group of disorders associated with auto antibodies or cell-mediated immune responses against self-antigens due to derangement of immune system. Multiple factors like age, sex, genetic background, exposure to infectious agents and environmental contacts are implicated in causation. Individuals who are prone may develop multiple autoimmune diseases in various combinations. Here we report a case with a rare combination of Sjogren's syndrome, autoimmune hepatitis and Hashimoto's thyroiditis.
