Abstract
In the article the features of modern conditions of self-dependent work of students in higher educational institutions. The necessity of formation of internal motivation of students, which acts as a compensatory factor for the low level of development they have special abilities or gaps in necessary knowledge, skills and abilities of the student. The best defined reflective type of control that is carried out in the form of an exchange of ideas between students and teachers in equal dialogue, which makes it possible to improve student results of self-dependent work, when finding irrational way of its implementation allows you to create student on his way to work in the future.
