ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE Of EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

The article is devoted to the study of the elements of the organizational structure of educational institutions in the perspective of management school in the future. The level of development of the school and its community affect the relationship which are there and the quality of education's and upbringing's processes. This thesis output allows to recognize that the values, norms and school actor's action define school culture, and the course and shape of school culture are supervised by the headmaster and teachers. As a manager and leader should have the awareness of the assumptions and the role which he has to play to building ideological's foundation of this institution.
