ANALYSIS OF SEGMENTS ACROSS CABLE- STAY BRIDGE THROUGH SIMULATION USING STAAD PRO MODEL STUDY

To determine the step wise procedure for preparing the segments across cablestay bridge, to determine loads acting on the segment, manual determination of bending moment and shear forces acting on the segment, software simulation for bending moment and shear force for the segment and comparing the manual and software results. This work method can absolutely demonstrate the validity and practicability. This is method is verified by Larsen & Toubro private limited for the construction of cable stay bridge in Panjim Goa.
