Abstract
Polyorchidism, an uncommon congenital anomaly is defined as the presence of more than two histologically proven testis.Of this triorchidism is most common presentation, 75 of which are intra scrotal , 20 are in inguinal canal, 5 are in the retroperitoneum. we report a case of triorchidism found during inguinal hernia repair in a 15 year old boy.
