Abstract
The article provides sociological, cultural, political, scientific and other analysis of “the collective biography” of members of the Standing Committee that operated as a part of the UAS-AUAS (Ukrainian Academy of Sciences - All-Ukrainian Academy of Sciences) in 1919-1933, for compiling Biographical Dictionary of Ukrainian public figures in aspects.
