Abstract
This article examines the needs in the regional labor market in personnel and their analysis, through which it is possible to identify high turnover of staff, as well as to struggle with difficulties in obtaining the necessary new employees. In order to solve various problems that may arise both for employers and applicants, it is first necessary to determine the reasons for their occurrence. With the help of the basic actions in the analysis of the demand for personnel, it is possible to analyze the main requirements for recruitment, and also to investigate requests for the recruitment and replacement of additional personnel. At the moment, the demand for personnel in the Russian regions, in general, can be regarded as an unsatisfactory demand for labor in the priority areas of economic development.
