SECRETION AND RECRETION OF PANCREATIC ENZYMES PART 2. RECRETION OF PANCREATIC ENZYMES

Тhe aim of the review is to summarize and analyze literature data on the mechanisms of pancreatic enzymes transport into the blood and the process of their recretion by the pancreas. The article considers the possible routes of pancreatic enzymes transport from the pancreas and small intestine into the blood. It is demonstrated that digestive enzymes can be recreted from the blood circulation by pancreatocytes, secreted into the intestines and reutilized.
