THE CALCULATION OF THE SPATIAL DISTRIBUTION OF THE RISK OF DEVELOPING ADVERSE SITUATIONS OF THE ARCTIC TERRITORIES

The risk of development of adverse situations in the northern regions of Russia, highly exposed to extreme natural and technogenic factors, are a potential threat, so the task of evaluation becomes particularly relevant. In the article the task was to select areas located in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation, are most susceptible to spatially distributed ecological risk.
