Implementation of the methodology «feedback for 360 degrees» for evaluation of personnel activities in ООО «Poliant»

Today, most companies need to have objective and comprehensive information about their employees. This information helps to improve the labor efficiency, identify prospective employees, create a personnel reserve, train staff on time, fight with ineffective workers and expand the system of non-monetary motivation.
