Abstract

Today, most companies need to have objective and comprehensive information about their employees. This information helps to improve the labor efficiency, identify prospective employees, create a personnel reserve, train staff on time, fight with ineffective workers and expand the system of non-monetary motivation. This article introduces some theoretical aspects of personnel assessment and the «360-degrees feedback». Also it's about personnel assessment system in the company «Polyant», the stages of implementation of «360-degrees feedback» and the results of pilot testing this method in «Polyant».
