Abstract
Growing competition in international and Russian markets has become one of the most important reasons for restructuring the organizational structures of domestic companies. For many Russian companies, the question boils down to how to adapt the existing organizational management structure to external changes. As the most effective option for this, they consider organizational «restructuring» of the company, or restructuring. In general, the theoretical and methodological aspects of the study of content and technology of restructuring are still given insufficient attention. This is explained by the complexity and inconsistency of the restructuring process being studied and the discussion in scientific circles on the problems and factors of the success of the «restructuring» of the organization. However, the study of restructuring is caused by the urgent need for the current time. The constant development of business practices, the emergence and dynamics of managerial innovations raise the need for studying such problems as the structure and dynamics of the organization, the mechanisms for the development of organizational structures.
