Abstract
Many scientists have been arguing about the existence of such phenomenon as emotional intelligence. Some of them claimed that it is a kind of intelligence and psychology; others assured that it is a separate form, which deserves a special scientific approach to studying. The author of article gives the variety of definitions of «emotional intelligence», considers its sefulness in the sphere of sales and motivation of team, defining the key aspects of developing in personality.
