Abstract
The authors presents the game theory methods, which allow to solve complex problems of distributing the limited resources and the practical problem of distributing of funds of venture fund, using a method of Saati for calculation of function of the expected usefulness of the coalitions and the arbitration scheme of Nash for formating of optimum strategies of a coalition game.
