ISPARTA BÖLGESİNDEKİ GÜL YAĞININ KİMYASAL İÇERİĞİNİN GC-MS VE FTIR SPEKTROSKOPİSİ TEKNİĞİ İLE İNCELENMESİ

Abstract
Özet: Bu çalışmada, Isparta'dan toplanan gül yapraklarından özütlenen örnekler GC-MS cihazında kimyasal kompozisyonu belirlendi. Titreşim Spektroskopisi için FTIR Spektrometresi kullanılarak gül yağına ait karakteristik frekanslar belirlenmiştir. 3332 cm-1 de görülen band gül yağı bileşenlerinden fenole ait olan hidroksil grubudur. Gül yağı bileşenlerine ait diğer alt gruplar metil ve metilen grupları başat olan frekans bandları olarak kırmızı altı spektrumda gözlendi.

INVESTIGATION OF CHEMICAL COMPOSITION OF ROSE OIL FROM ISPARTA REGION BY GC-MS AND FTIR SPECTROSCOPY TECHNIQUE
Abstract: In this study, collected leaves of roses from Isparta were extracted and then Chemical composition of rose oil obtained by GC-MS. Vibrational spectroscopy is used to identify characteristic frequencies of rose oil by FTIR Spectrometer. The band at 3322 cm-1 assigned to hydroxyl group which belongs to phenol compounds of essential rose oil and methyl and methylene groups which are other functional groups of components in essential rose oil are observed as dominant frequencies by IR spectrometer.
