COLLISIONS OF THE LEGAL ADJUSTING OF THE PRESCHEDULE STOPPING OF PLENARY POWERS OF DEPUTY OF LOCAL COUNCIL

The article is sanctified to research mechanism of legal regulation preschedule stopping of plenary powers of deputy of local council. The special attention is spared to procedure preschedule stopping of plenary powers of deputy of local council case of assigning for position of employment of that in accordance with a constitution and laws of Ukraine of incompatible with implementation of plenary powers of deputy of local council. Suggestions are grounded in relation to perfection of current legislation that regulates these legal relationships.
