AFFILIATION AND EXAMINATION OF SCIENTIFIC PUBLICATIONS

A legal assessment of the options for affiliation to scientific publications, the actions of expert commissions on combating pseudoscience during the examination of scientific materials sent to the open press, as well as the actions of the editorial offices of the magazines in terms of accepting articles for publication are given. It is shown that the requirement of "examination reports" of scientific articles sent for publication in the open press is a kind of censorship and violates the rights of authors. The mention of the name of the scientific organization in which the authors of the article work or worked in affiliation to the article does not mean that the article represents this organization.
