OBJECTIVE SIGNS OF A CRIME PROVIDED FOR IN ARTICLE 285 OF THE CRIMINAL CODE OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The article deals with issues related to the object, the objective side of the crime envisaged by Article 285 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. A brief analysis of modern judicial practice for crimes for which liability is provided for in Article 285 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation was conducted. Considering the object of the crime, the author comes to the conclusion that the additional direct object of malfeasance at the present stage is of great importance and in most cases the initiation of criminal proceedings is possible only with an additional direct object.
