THE SYSTEM OF MONITORING IN PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS AS A METHOD FOR MANAGEMENT OF THE QUALITY OF EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

The paper emphasize the need for monitoring the quality of education to reveal to what extent the activity of the educational institution meets the requirements and outlines the approaches to the development of the system of monitoring in a preschool educational institutions. The algorithm for the developing of the monitoring, program, requirements to monitoring procedures and conditions of effective implementation of the monitoring in the kindergarten, the methods of monitoring, the importance of final information, both operative and strategic, to make managerial decisions are discussed. The role of team work for integrated assessment of the quality educational services and timely prevention of unfavourable or critical situation in preschool educational institutions is emphasized
