THE QUESTION OF THE LEGAL NATURE OF THE RIGHTS OF THE WORLD TRADE ORGANIZATION

Today, one of the most significant intergovernmental institutions is the World Trade Organization (WTO). The WTO has a significant impact on the processes of globalization and internationalization. The special importance of these processes in the context of economic globalization leads to the need for a clear understanding of the mechanism of legal regulation of these processes, i.e. understanding the content of the concept of WTO law and its place in the system of international law.
