Abstract
Article is devoted to the contract of transition of the athlete (the transfer contract) as kinds of the civil contract on the example of soccer: his definition is given, the characteristic is provided, elements are defined. The author has introduced the idea that the transfer contract is a separate type of the contract which needs to be regulated standards of the sports right.
