FORMATION OF UNIVERSAL COMPETENCIES AS A SYSTEM EDUCATIONAL RESULT OF THE TEACHING STAFF OF THE UNIVERSITY

The article reveals the methodological problems of formation of the universal /cultural competences in terms of practical realization of the competence-based approach. The analysis of normative documents on the pedagogical and economic areas of training has been carried out. The experience of the formation of the univer- sal competence in a number of Russian universities has been summed up. The methodological problems of the formation of the university practice of the universal competences have been revealed. Novelty achieved in the results of this study is to present the social importance of the universal competences as a result of the educational system of joint activities of the teaching staff of the university
