MANAGEMENT MOTIVATION OF PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY OF PEDAGOGICAL WORKERS: BASIC THEORETICAL APPROACHES

The article reflects basic approaches to management motivation of professional activity of pedagogical workers. The foreign and domestic theories of motivation of professional activity are analyzed. Basic approaches to the study of motivation of professional activity and its management are defined. Basic frames of management motivation of professional activity are selected, their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed in the context of motivation of professional activity of pedagogical workers. We've grounded the author approach to the integral mechanism of motivation of professional activity of pedagogical workers, orientated on activation of pedagogical workers on the basis of study of their necessities, interests, personal aims and possibilities of their integration with the aims of educational establishment and also the usage of structural elements of different motivation frames of management motivation.
