FEATURES REALISATION OF THE PRINCIPLES OF QUALIMETRY ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE MODEL OF MANAGERIAL SKILLS OF THEHEADS OF PRE-SCHOOL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

This article describes the algorithm of implementation of the principles of qualimetry on the example of the author's factor-criterion model of formation of managerial skills of the heads of pre-school educational institutions in the system of postgraduate pedagogical training. It model includes factors (group of managerial skills), criterions (complex of relevant skills) and qualimetric calculation (the validity of factors, the validity of criterions, the formulas to calculate the formation of managerial skills).
