Abstract
This article examines the importance of municipal finance in the transformational economy. The basic concepts of municipal finance are studied; the formation of the state economy in the process of transformation was investigated; The importance of the popular transformation model is analyzed, the main problems of local finance and possible ways of their solution are considered.
