In the analysis of normative documents, which reglamentary the creation of new boldinskogo equipment and biomedical products revealed different interpretations of the concept of "risk" as a potential method of harm and the probability of not achieving a set goal. This discrepancy of interpretation shows the necessity of risk management in the use and creation of biomedical products.
