Assessment of the agricultural social efficiency (a case study of the Komi Republic)

The article considers main types of the agriculture’s efficiency. The article presents the assessment of the agricultural social efficiency in the context of municipal and city districts, using the example of the northern region of the Komi Republic. During the research three groups of agricultural social efficiency in the Komi Republic were distinguished on the basis of the presence of rural and urban population, and also the prevailing sectors of economy (forest-based and agrarian). The article provides justification and characteristics in every municipal and the city district for every group. The conclusions, allowed to estimate the real condition of agriculture of the region under consideration and to offer recommendations on improving the situation, have been justified.
