The value of labour and worker is in ideology of development of labour sphere

The article reveals the essence of the phenomenon of "work" in the era of post-industrial society, identified key issues in the labour sphere in Ukraine, which leads to a decrease in the value of work and values of the employee. The attention is focused on the need for innovative approaches to the modernization of social relations on principles of social responsibility. It identifies directions of perfection of social and labour relations in Ukraine at the present stage to ensure a balanced social and economic development through the consolidated social responsibility of all actors - the state, employers, trade unions, human labor as well as business, civil society, international partners.
