Abstract
The article considers the bakery industry of the consumer cooperative enterprise of the Krasnodar Territory. The strategic plan of action of the enterprise of the baking industry which leads to strategy development is defined. They proposed a methodology for the formation of a strategy for the development of the bakery industry of the Krai Consumer Union and formulated its main stages.
