Technological complex of field synthesis of products from nonmetallic composites

Abstract
The technological complexes of layer-by-layer synthesis of products, applied non-metallic composites and technologies for their preparation, allowing to create various construction designs of wide application in additive production are considered. The structure and mechanisms of displacement are shown. The analysis and choice of the automated drive for horizontal displacement is carried out. A simulated model of the automated drive in the MATLAB-SIMULINK environment was constructed using an engine block from the Sim Power Systems library showing that when implementing control systems in electric drives without the use of a speed sensor and a position sensor, there are problems associated with restoring the output coordinates, which can only be solved by using controllers, capable of performing the required calculations in real time.
