Abstract
ABSTRACTDress syndrome is characterized by drug reaction with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms. It was described by Bocquet on 1996.Here,our patient presented with fever,rash,lymphadenopathy,eosinophilia,renal and lung involvement following treatment for Acne vulgaris with Dapsone.
